Building Something New at the Corner of O'Connell and Water Street
A look inside our latest warehouse expansion and what it means for downtown Watertown
At the warehouse on the corner of O'Connell and Water Street in Watertown, Wisconsin, Deerfield Properties continues the steady work of developing the building one section at a time.
This newest space sits just east of the section we finished most recently. It's designed like a boutique hotel room, and the initial plan, as always, is to use it as an office. We're bringing in upcycled antique doors and high windows to let in natural light, a detail we've leaned on throughout the warehouse.
We're still early in this build-out, so we don't have a firm completion date yet. The goal is to have it ready by the end of the year, and we're excited to share more as it comes together.
Every new space we bring online, whether it's a warehouse office suite, a commercial storefront, or a residential apartment, gets the same care. Downtown Watertown already has a lot of character built into it, and our job is to bring that forward rather than paper over it, creating spaces people are proud to work in, live in, and walk past, commercial or residential alike.
We'll keep sharing updates as the O'Connell and Water Street warehouse takes its next shape. In the meantime, if you're curious about current availability, contact us here.
