Serenity Salon Suites Opens at the Eleven Seven Building

At Deerfield Properties, one of our favorite parts of what we do is helping local business owners bring their visions to life. Recently, we had the pleasure of working with Sara Tuchscherer, the proud owner of Serenity Salon Suites, who has transformed part of our Eleven Seven Building on Second Street in Watertown into a welcoming and beautiful space for her clients.

Sara and her husband rolled up their sleeves and made some thoughtful renovations to the first floor, creating a cozy yet stylish environment that feels both fresh and serene. Serenity Salon Suites currently offers hair services and massage, and Sara has already rented out two suites to other stylists. Even more exciting is she still has one open space available for another beauty professional such as a nail artist, lash technicians, or other stylists/experts who want to grow their beauty business.

This summer, Sara was also awarded a grant from the Watertown Main Street Program. She used it to update the exterior facade and signage at the Eleven Seven Building: another wonderful way she’s putting her own stamp on the space and contributing to the charm of downtown Watertown.
