202 W. Main St. First Level
​Deerfield Properties purchased its first property in June 2015. The over 100 year old building was run down and in need of many repairs. Many will remember the old Abiding Word Christian bookstore occupied the main level for many years. A large, neglected apartment with great bones, skylights, and beautiful woodwork occupied the second level. The building was gem waiting to be revealed.

Deerfield Properties completely renovated the first floor by adding  new drywall, exposing the Watertown brick, building new walls and adding natural light to the entire space by adding windows to the upper walls. New floors, furnace and electrical, plus fixing the beautiful tin ceiling created an attractive business space. Salon Anvi now occupies the space!

The upstairs apartment received a completely new kitchen with appliances, brand new bathroom, and a washer and dryer. The original Watertown brick was exposed in the dining room, living room and master bedroom, creating an authentic look. New light fixtures, paint and a thorough clean up of the woodwork restored the 3-bedroom apartment back to its former glory.
