Deerfield Properties develops business and residential properties in downtown Watertown, Wis.

Deerfield Properties refurbishes and renovates historic buildings.  Our desire is to keep much of the old world charm of our buildings while updating the interiors with modern materials and amenities that meet the needs of today's renter and business professional. 

Deerfield Properties' mission is to create attractive places to live and work while beautifying downtown Watertown, Wisconsin, and develop a stronger local community by attracting business and commerce to the area.

Deerfield Properties is committed to the Watertown community and beautifying historic downtown Watertown. We work closely with the Chamber of Commerce and Main Street Program to develop buildings that attract businesses, renters and tourism to Watertown.

Kim and Dan Rahfaldt have lived in Watertown, Wisconsin since 1995 as a family.  Kim grew up in Watertown, and Dan spent his childhood weekends at Riverbend Campground and Resort. Kim and Dan are committed to creating beautiful spaces to live and work, and revitalizing beautiful, historic downtown Watertown.
